Pitcher Perfect siding

Took a while to get the last window in since the manufacturer sent the glass panes w/o the actual window. Then the didn't have the stops, and had to come back again. However, the last time, they scratched the glass. But the rest of the windows are outstanding. I'd recommend this company to anyone, but tell them that they should be around when the work is done to make sure this doesn't happen to them.

Total square feet of roof estimate was not included. Two years prior I could have had it done for half as much. My fault for not doing it then. I didn't realize inflation was that rampant. Pitcher perfect was the only outfit to offer an estimate and I needed to get it done for taxes.

Pitcher Perfect put a new roof on my house for a fair price. I paid them in full, didn't climb roof. Four months been asking them to come out and look at the job. The finish work where the house meets the porch roof is not done. The stucco siding was damaged. They re-mounted the old power vent and it stopped. I didn't expect the attic to be filled with debris. Probably will have to buy a new Christmas tree and some ornaments. I sent annotated pictures, requested a reply in writing. Mailed the principle of the company. The tear off and re-roof, flashing around the chimney and vents, drip edge and the outside clean up are all well done.

It took almost 3 months to get the workers here. Then they did a good job and worked quickly. They also cleaned up all debris and did not trample my plants. Communication with the office was not the best. Price was fair. I would probably hire them again.

Had to call Picture Perfect to return several times to fix problems

Contractor left several pieces of scrap guttering and End cap in driveway.

They had very poor communications internally and with customer. Crew left their clean up truck positioned in front of neighbors house. No communication with customer on this. Company reps upon being contacted did not communicate correct reasons for error, but the corrective actions did happen next day as promised.

We were very impressed with Pitcher Perfect Siding and Window Co. Inc. and we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Pitcher Perfect was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent. When a design change was done, they explained the change and had me sign off on it. They kept within the budget limits we had, and did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Pitcher Perfect to anyone!
