Guy came at 7pm after working all day, had problem fixed quickly. Great job & thankful he was willing to come so late in the day!

Within moments of locating this company, I received a return call nd even though it was near the end of the workday they still took the time to stop by my home the same day. They were very quick to identify the problem with the heat pump and very thoroughly explain to me the steps necessary to fix the problem. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their courteous delivery of information but furthermore; was even more impressed with the fact that they had the unit up and running On that same day. I have hired numerous contractors over the last five years since my husband passed away and not one of them could even come close two the honesty, Integrity, or work ethnic of this company. I have never used home advisor but I as well as my children I am so very thankful I was able to find this company. Not only would I highly recommend them to family and friends but if I ever have that type of problem again I have stored them in my very important list of telephone numbers and would contact them in a heartbeat to work for me. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Job well done gentlemen and thank you to home advisor

Pitcock's team came out to look at my A/C unit within a few hours of calling them (super fast). They also offered a great price on getting the unit replaced. Highly recommend.

They responded within 5 minutes of selecting them on HomeAdvisor and were at my home within the time frame they gave me. Chris and staff were professional and courteous. When they arrived they fixed my issues within 20-30 minutes. I'll definitely use them again for all of my Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Chris was quick to call us after I looked them up on Home advisor. He came in the time frame he stated and over all I think the fix took 15 min. He was friendly, explained what the problem was and inspected our unit just in case after he replaced the needed part. Will definitely call him again.
