Owner made promises prior to signing contract and not only never completed those promises - he has not answered numerous emails, messages, phone calls. Strongly recommend that any work agreed to be put in writing and signed by both parties prior to signing up for the work!

great job ! started in the morning and finished that evening. tore off old roof and put new roof on that day. finished up the next morning mostly picking up trash that was left because dark came early. 50 squares was no easy job !
