Someone always wants to get a better price but it was a fair price. Evan was wonderful. He arrived on time, was able to solve my problem as well as fix another and was in and then gone withing 2 hours. He was sociable and got a long great with my dog as well. Evan was very professional and the work was good. And efficient.

Diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me the option of trying to repair my old one, or replace the system. He did not have one of the units on the truck, but returned in a day(with my schedule in mind) and replaced my unit. Checked and adjusted the outlets (which were leaking) and solved the problem.

I have had a central vacuum business in Southern California. Although I did not participate in the installation process in my former business, I certainly had the knowledge behind the product and services. The owner Evan of Indiana Vac, came out for a repair in an older house I live in now. The old power unit was archaic I had stated I was interested in a new motor power unit to replace my old one. He came out did the service on the old unit, to get me to the next day where he would be bringing and installing the new motor unit. I was desperate, I needed a vacuum that day to work. So he actually came out that day and unclogged the system and then came back and put in the new unit. The company is above board nothing but professional and no bait and switch. I myself could not be available for a whole 1-day unclog and install new unit. Now looking back, it was done so fast and efficiently I could have done that. I am more than pleased and would highly recommend this company. Very Very Impressed. Price was more than fair. I was set on a specific brand Vacu-Flow and I got it! I have spent the afternoon using the vacuum with 2 Big Labradors it is a daily event! I love how it fills up and I empty the canister and can rinse it out no smells...Big Time Satisfied!!!!! NO EXTRA CHARGE for the service call! Evan you have what it takes Knowledge and Professionalism!

Eric's instruction on use of the central vaca was quite thorough and made it very easy to understand every aspect of the product. This is the third VacuFlo System we have installed in new homes over the past 10 years. Evan with Indiana VAC did an excellent installation job. The only problem we had was that the siding contractor installed a box around the exhaust pipe that didn't accomodate the intended exhaust vent. This wasn't necessarily Indiania Vac's fault, but it is something they should probably advise future customers about.

I was given excellent service and advice on a system that was 15 yrs old-only really needed cleaning but I updated the attachments as improvements are available after that amount of time-I am extremely satisfied and will use them again for periodic cleaning and service as needed- I was most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner who provided my service

I especially like the protecive plates over studs where the pipe runs.
