I cannot recommend Eastman Built Construction and the owner highly enough. We recently had them remodel a property for us in Skagit Valley, and the entire experience, from the initial consultation to the final reveal, was nothing short of exceptional. We knew we were hiring a company with tremendous experience in very high-end custom homes, and that sophistication shines through in every detail of the finished space. The craftsmanship is truly spectacular. We are detail-oriented people, and everything from the complex tile patterns to the custom floating vanity installation was executed with precision and a passion for perfection. The true definition of a master remodel is seen in the "before and after" journey. Looking back at the initial stages of the project (seen in the images of exposed plumbing, extensive demolition in image_4, and subfloor work in image_6), the logistics seemed daunting. It was essentially a complete down-to-the-studs transformation involving intricate pipe re-routing and structure preparation. Eastman Built took that daunting chaos and turned it into a breathtaking, spa-like masterpiece (visible in the final shots, image_3 and image_5). They installed large-format, veined tile with flawless alignment, stunning minimalist brass-toned fixtures, and beautiful recessed niches. The addition of the modern floating vanity and the dramatic hexagonal floor tiles completely elevated the space. It’s hard to believe this is the same bathroom that began with a dated jetted tub and shiplap walls with missing panels! Beyond the incredible quality of the build, working with the owner was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly easy to work with, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process. He brought his high-end experience to the table, offering invaluable design advice and problem-solving skills that helped streamline the transformation of a difficult property. If you are in the Skagit Valley area and are looking for a company that can handle complex remodels or create a top-tier custom home with unparalleled artistry, Eastman Built Construction is the only call you need to make. Ed Eastman was extremely professional, efficient and did a great job removing my old deck and replacing it with composite material. He responded to my request quickly, provided me with an estimate the next day. This was done on a Friday and my new deck was completed by Monday afternoon. Fantastic!

Had a windstorm come through and rip the deck cover off of my deck, so I hired Ed Eastman to rebuild it out of wood. He did a great job. I have another job that I am not hesitating to use him on.
