Plan B saved the day! I had my 70 year old bathtub shower combination remolded by another company and although it looked pretty, I couldn't use the shower because there was almost zero water pressure. The contractor told me it was a faulty shower fixture and I should contact American Standard and have them send me a new diverter for the shower head. I did, they sent it but I couldn't install it and I had a feeling that wasn't the problem so I contacted Plan B. They came promptly, took the shower fixture apart and found it was totally clogged with plumber's putty. Lesson learned: I should have had Plan B do the remodel work in the first place! Their prices are fair, you call and talk to a live person, and the know what they are doing!

I would rate the work quality as pretty good and the customer service was good UNTIL... He told me that he was installing a known manufacturer but I got a low quality imitation of it. My mistake was not inspecting the tank before installation, but I trusted this person. He seemed very personable, and he acted like he truly cared about us. Boy was I fooled. When I questioned him about the Lie he never responded to me but to my husband in text messages and it got ugly. Instead of him answering our questions in a mature and professional manner he resorted to insults and threats. I threatened to cancel the check and I did, but decided to call the bank back and reverse the cancellation because I am an honest person and would NEVER treat someone like how we were treated today. I do not go out of my way to lie cheat and mislead people. I hope the next person he cheats is not as nice as us... KARMA He called me *** crazy... Anyone would be crazy knowing they were lied including HIM!!! Shame on you Mr. Quade.

Hired to do a bathroom remodel, I have been waiting around for 2 weeks for people who were not on time and not show up. It has been a terrible experience. The job should have been done right the first time. The second guy that tiled did an awesome job. Still waiting on tub drain plug, shower grout sealed, drywall smoothed and painted, and shower door installed. Happy to update Rating and Review when job is completed.

Plan B people were very prompt, got my basement pumped out even a day before the actual appointment the next day. The pump and back-up pump they installed is working very well, and had to, because we got a lot more rain since. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and competent. Great peace of mind for me. I was very impressed with the amount of research he did with the system. He took the time to talk to other people and researched it to make sure he knew the product before installing it. After the project was finished, there was a new problem and he came back out to fix it and there was no charge. He showed up on the exact time he was going to be there. Overall, excellent experience!
