Alex Sanders helped us tremendously in dealing with insurance company to appeal their first decision of just a small repair (it really needed a whole replacement, but the first adjuster just wasn't having it). He is very kind and very professional. He really wanted to make sure everything was done to standards. Highly recommend working with Alex and Plan B!

Plan B Construction is a very courteous and punctual business. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable in their work. We were overwhelmed with joy when they came the first day to start the work. The work we got done consisted of walls being taken down and beams added for support for an open floor plan. Electrical and plumbing work was also done in our renovation. We were very satisfied with the results of the work we got done. They showed up on time every day to work hard and bring our vision to life. They have specialist in every area of construction including roofing, carpentry and framing. I waited a while after the repair was finished to leave my review - a few months actually. The guys at Plan B repaired a leak in the ceiling of my bedroom. They were not the first company I called but they were the best! They were the only company to identify where the leak was coming from. They showed me pictures and quoted a fair price for the work. Their follow up is also impeccable. They stayed in touch with me until I was ready to move forward with the work. A lot of companies disappear on you, but not these guys. They did the repair quickly and thoroughly and cleaned up when they were done. My ceiling would not leak with every rain storm, so I've waited to make sure that the leak is gone and it really is!! They were on time for our meeting. They did exactly what they promised to do in the time frame they promised. They replaced my subfloor joists and support beams in part of my house. The floor installers even commented on the great job they did!
