Paul was very nice - called me quickly, and came to look at the appliance the next day. He made friends with my 'fierce' doggie home protector, and checked out my dishwasher. He was also kind enough to check on the availability of parts for my gas stove as well. But, when he called - it turned out that there were no parts available for my old stove (no problem - I don't use the part that malfunctioned anyway); and the repair for the dishwasher would cost as much as purchasing a new one!! So, we decided that the best course of action was to simply replace it instead. I stored his name and number in my files - and will call him first should anything break down in the future. Great guy!!

I found Planet Appliance Repair after completing the Home Advisor input page. Paul responded to my request for a quote within 60 seconds of submission and made an appointment to come to the house one hour later. He arrived early and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes. He removed the built-up ice in the freezer, replaced all the food and cleaned the floor. Other than the fact that the ice maker is now working, you would never know Paul was there! Excellent job!!!

Paul is very professional and very friendly, but somewhat expensive. He charged $250 for 30 minutes of work. I would recommend him if he is not as pricey.

Paul was definitely great. He came on time (actually a little early), he diagnosed the problem quickly, he physically showed us what the problem was and fixed it on the spot since he had the correct parts with him. He told us to call him right away if the problem wasn’t resolved completely and he would come back. We didn’t have to call him back because the fixed the problem with our washer correctly the first time. Will definitely keep his number on hand for the future in we have another issue. Don’t hesitate to call him!
