Very nice sales and installation personnel.

We are new to this area and we're glad we used home advisor. They had Stokes contact us right away. Stokes provided their services within a weeks time.

Sales representative responded immediately to homeadvisor request. There was a lack of communication between the sales representative and the installation department. The time specified to perform installation had past and I had to call them to schedule installation. They showed up the next day to perform installation, but did not bring flooring. If I had been informed that the flooring would be delivered later I probably would have allowed them to begin removal of old carpet. I had to call for the next installation date of which they scheduled for the next business day. The crew arrived on time and performed work well. They could improve communication with customers by using e-mail or text messaging. My wife loves the wood flooring and I plan to use this business to install flooring in two other rooms.

Their customer service is lousy, don't return phone calls , getting the run around. It appears they don't communicate with one another, one person say one thing , I call back and I get a different story. They installed laminate flooring on April 27th , the floor looks good, it was installed over a wood subfloor which was in good condition, but have one door way entry that squeaks or cracks when you walk on it, and they are suppose to change the quarter round around my fireplace to match flooring. No one has come to do anything since that time. Will not use them again.

Very proficient in removal of entire house full of carpet and replaced throughout with laminate flooring. It looks good and the 2 guys did a fantastic job in only two days. Thanks a bunch!

I am very disappointed with the end result and the company's effort to make it right. Carpet Installer left raw and loose edges at doorways to both my bathrooms. 2 weeks after installation, carpet is already needs stretching out due to folds or wrinkles showing. The manager or owner promised he would call back and he didn't. He had the installer call me. He has set 2 appointment times to come fix the problems, he called to reschedule because he couldn't make it and them stood me up. he said he would call to reschedule and still has not called me back. I am ready to contact the Better Business Bureau. Looks like I will go ahead and report them to the BBB, After I filed this review, I was contacted but the guy left the company before sending anyone to take care of problems, no one else has followed up with me after his departure from the company.

GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH

Reliable service. Forgot to seal the floor.

All in all a good experience. The only small issue, is that the 3rd party hired contractor had forgotten the carpet strips on the last day of the job, to finish the carpet conversions with the tile job. And we had to keep calling him to get him back to finish the job; he did come back the end of the next week.. All in all an ok experience. The floor looks AWESOME, and the Sales guys from Stokes were great..
