Great work

I trusted Planet Roof with all the details, price and confidence in managing the project with quality material.

The roof was replaced quickly. And it?s not leaking anymore. So I can?t in good conscience give them a terrible review. However the level of communication from the project manager has been all but nonexistent. I was under the impression that I would meet with them before and after the work was complete. The work proceeded without any word from the PM. A crew just showed up and climbed onto the roof to get to work without so much as a word to me. Then they left after the roof was done. Again. Without a word to me. I?ve been waiting two days and counting to do a final walkthrough with the PM and get my paperwork and confirm that everything was done to our agreed specifications. Make of that what you will.

It went okay at first, he was very demanding I told him I will decide within 3 days I gave him a deposit check, he told me I could get my money back and the next day I cancelled. He didn't give the money back I called the Canonsburg office it said looks like it went out last week but its been a month.

Everything went extremely smoothly from estimate visit to completion

The crew was kind, polite and very efficient. They cleaned up everything . Nothing was left for me to do. They got the entire job done in 1 day. I would highly recommend Planet Roof. Evan Link (salesman) was extremely helpful and patient . He was knowledgeable and made suggestions through the entire process. It was a long process ,started last year but Evan stuck with me and checked in a few times over the winter. They scheduled as soon as the weather was nice enough to work. I am extremely happy with the outcome. 5 out of 5 STARS!!

Planet roof went well beyond all expectations I had for when I realized I needed a new roof.

They did a great job and informed us every step of the way.

The company demonstrated true professionalism. The replacement was completed in a timely manner, and the finished product looked great. It only took one day to remove the old shingles, replace areas of bad wood, and install the new shingles. I was amazed at the work ethic of the entire team. Most importantly the clean up was perfect. I couldn’t find a single nail or any pieces of shingles. I would definitely use Planet Roof again, and have recommended them to my friends and family.
