We were very pleased with the experience given from Mr. Vasquez through Home Advisor. It only took him a couple of hours to complete and he advised us of other concerns that he had came across when installing the unit in our living room window which we were not made aware of when just recently purchasing our home. He takes a lot of pride in his work and the end result shows its quality. He was very informative and pleasant to work with. He will be the one who we will call on with any and all upcoming repairs and/or home improvements.

Outstanding service 10 stars

Handyman came in late to the 1st appointment at my house, I left for work. He called me 1/2 hour after to apologize and set up a 2nd appointment later on that same day (after work). He gave me an estimate for about $250, I asked him to take care of some broken shingles he said he could replace for me. The problem came when paying for my bill. He said he forgot the receipts for the parts, charged me a lot more than he said he would, tried to charge me taxes on the repairs. I paid the bill because I didn't want to have any problems with this guy and wanted him to leave my property ASAP. I will never hire this guy or recommend him to anybody. The work he did was ok.

Great job, very good at installing a waterheater.

I paid this guy Lee $400 and all he did was repair a water leak and install a new valve to my water heater and ripped apart my bottom walls inside and out. I feel like I did not get my monies worth and should be reimbursed for some money. No written estimate and no written work completed paper, No phone number for this RIP-OFF. Less
