This was my first major remodel, and Ryan and crew helped make this a great experience during these very difficult times. He helped me understand the steps involved and saved me from making some expensive mistakes in materials. His estimates were very reliable, they did quality craftsmanship without getting behind schedule, and the work was beautiful. I will absolutely use them for any future projects that I have!

I am very happy with the Platinum Construction. Ryan and Richard demonstrated professional behavior, effective time management, good communication skills and did high quality job. Their suggestions and instructions were very reasonable, succinct and clear. The bathroom looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company to other customers. They will not regret.

Ryan did a great job. The new deck looks awesome! He got the job done in a reasonable amount of time despite seriously uncooperative weather challenges.

When a home disaster took out our kitchen Ryan Hansen at Platinum Construction was kind enough to fit us into his schedule. He provided a very reasonable estimate and kept the costs close to that estimate. He stayed on top of the project as the floors, cabinets and countertops arrived. He also looked for ways to improve our home and help us prevent future disasters. We are very pleased with the end results and highly recommend hiring Ryan at Platinum Construction for home projects, whether they are planned or unplanned.

A year ago, we had Ryan and his crew install beadboard, which later began to separate at the seams. When we called Ryan to fix the problem, he hung up on us stating the work was done. Who would put up beadboard knowing it would separate and not inform the customer??? He left us hanging after the job was done. I will never use their service again.

Ryan isn't finished with our projects yet, but from what we've seen so far, we are pleased. A few things that make him stand out from other contractors we've worked with are: 1. He shows up when he says he's going to. 2. he returns phone calls or texts promptly. 3. He tells it to you straight. For those reasons I give Ryan an A+!

We're so glad we contacted Ryan for our problematic plumbing. We had a non-emergency kitchen draining issue that he fixed in one morning, and then we had an emergency shower/faucet issue that he helped us out with on very short notice (within 15 minutes of calling him, he was there!). Prompt, professional, and explained everything he was going to do during installation. Additionally, his rates are very reasonable. We've recommended him to other family members because of his great service.

Ryan & his crew started with a clean slate in our basement. His estimate was fair & because of his experience building a home, we decided on his firm. We have never regretted that decision. His work is excellent. There is not one thing they did that is not quality. I also like Ryan's design sense. I did not have a good concept of the ceiling or window framing. He did and they are beautiful. Ryan totally designed my dream bathroom. It is so beautiful. The tile work nearly made him crazy, but it makes me happy. He cautioned me on the over use of a certain tile on the floor. I went with his suggestion and it's amazing. The shower is a dream come true. His sense of design resulted in a room that every one who sees it comments on. They worked quickly & efficiently. Ryan is the only contractor that we will ever hire for future projects.

Wow, was I impressed! They were prompt, friendly, experienced, and yet reasonably priced! I am so happy I went with this Company! I think they will be who I will always use and recomend to all of my friends. I was so impressed with the work, that I also asked for quotes on other jobs around the house too. Truley the best I've ever had and most trustworthy! Choos them, you'll be glad to did!

WE HAD A SMALL PLASTERING JOB, 3 HOLES TO FILL. JERRY DID THE JOB WELL. YOU COULD NOT TELL THE HOLES WERE FILLLED, EVEN WITH OUT PAINT RYAN & HIM COVERED UP THE FURNITURE WITH PLASTIC. THERE WAS HARDLY A MESS TO CLEAN UP. RYAN GOT ANOTHER JOB IN PUTTING UP 12 RELACEMENT LIGHTS ON GARAGES & ENTRANCES. THEY ARE ON TIME & DID A GOOD JOB ON BOTH.
