On February 6th Dominique gave a quote to repair our circular driveway and a small straight driveway in the back. He explained what needed to be done to have it last several years but never mentioned the word sealing. He gave me a quote which I agreed upon. He and his team returned promptly the following day and did the work. After I paid his team cleaned up. Then Dominique told me that I should probably seal the driveway. I assumed that sealing was part of the original quote since I had asked him what needed to be completed on our driveway. He said I would need to pay another 1,000 to have the areas sealed. I had already paid over 4,000 and I felt I could not afford it that day. Now I have loose asphalt particular in the back where it was not pressed down enough. I have called them several times and asked them to come out and we resolve the issue. They say they will but over a month has past and no callback and have not visited the site.

Does not honor the warranty and stops returning phone calls.

Showed up on time and finished project quickly. The repave was professionally done ant at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend this company.

For some reason I had a hard time getting contractors to come out and give me a quote on the work that was needed. Many would set up a survey time, and not show up. Dominique set a time and was prompt in his arrival. He made certain promises as related to the job, and he kept his word. I would highly recommend Platinum Paving!
