A professional company that I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any kind of home repair or improvements. Tod and his staff thoroughly explained what the problem and helped resolve the issue not only in a timely manner but with a reasonable price as well. They were willing to work around my busy schedule and provided outstanding customer service. If there's anything else I need, I would definitely give them a call again.

Tod is almost always available by phone. Has a very busy schedule but fit my gutter job in on a Saturday. Did the job quickly and for the price quoted over the phone. Very easy to work with.

Hire him if you need gutters

Rarely do I find a service provider these days that delivers what is promised, or more! But Tod is one who delivers and more. We ended up wiht having him provide much more than just gutter repair. And we will have him back for the next round of projects we need done!

Tod contacted me almost immediately from my query on HomeAdvisor, came out the next morning and completed the job faster than I could have imagined. Very personable, professional and knowledgeable.

I sent Platinum out to a condominium complex to clear some gutters. The tecnicial met with a homeowner and walked through the property, resolved the gutter issues, and made some suggestions to avoid future problems.

Tod was very thorough and he had good advice for other projects.

I posted a request on Home Advisor in the morning. There was a formal estimate on my porch that afternoon. The replacement was completed that Friday. The price was slightly cheaper than other bids. I received additions bids 2 and 3 days after I placed the project on Home Advisor. I will this Platinum Contracting Services for future projects.

July, 2010 PROJECT: Roof and Gutter Clean + Trim branches from roof for Bill's heavily treed home in Woodinville (After 4 years of neglect). Platinum Contracting Services, Owner/Contractor Tod Kienitz. Tod was excellent! He estimated, performed and completed per his submitted proposal. The home's metal roof, gutters and trees are beautiful now! He always confirmed my preference before starting another phase of the job. He cleaned up a huge pile of debris generated by the work at the end. He even relocated a chickadee's nest with 3 baby birds, from the gutter to a nearby tree branch.

They are professional, timely, thorough and had a competitive price. We are very pleased with the service from Platinum Contracting Services.

Todd contacted me and made estimation pretty soon after I submitted the job request. His price is very similar to other two companies I contacted but he can complete job in one week. So we hired him. Actually from the start to the end, we did not meet him in person. The process is quite smooth.

Tod was very friendly, spot on with his estimate, quick and on time. The work only took a couple of hours. The only reason I gave him a 4.5 stars is that he doesn't take credit cards on a regular basis. Which meant I had to cut him a check (I ended up sending him a check through my online bank account). Kind of inconvenient, but if you tell him over the phone you're going to pay with a credit card, he'll adjust the estimate to cover his costs of paying Visa/Mastercard for processing the payment. Something I didn't realize and didn't do.

Tod contacted me right away (this was a Friday), said he would be near my neighborhood later that day, called me with a price, and was able to start the job on Monday. New gutter was a perfect match to my existing gutters, and he replaced all of the screws on the remaining gutters. Good job, very personable.
