Platinum Cuts

5/21/24 I have been with this company a week and a half. I have asked twice for an estimate for cutting some bushes and mulching, but no response. On May 13, 2024 the grass was cut and my mother and daughter complained that the grass was not properly cut and no edging was done. Previously to the following I had a contract for $70.00 plus a one time fee for $25.00 for trimming. This is the email that was sent to me. **We have been trying to reach you about your property. We went out on Friday and compared into our pictures that we took after the cut. When we measure the grass when we got there, the length was 16 inches. Normally anything over 10 inches we charge an overgrown lawn fee. we waved that fee for this property. The grass was so chinch that it was impossible for us to cut all the grass and make sure that every blade was the same length. But of course with cutting the grass every 2 weeks it would keep it looking nice for us to maintain. It is impossible for us to make an overgrown lawn look pretty. Unfortunately we were not able to meet your expectations for the property. But I can attest that if you continue to use us, your property will look ever after every cut. My sales manager was the one that went out and checked out the property. He advised me that it looks like we are undercharging for this property. From the in person measurements, the price to cut it every 2 weeks is $95.00. How in a week and a half would your grass grow 16 inches??

He was incredibly professional, kind, and put 100% into the work. We had a HUGE and wonky stump with a very very large thick root system. He got just about all of it! I say just about because the parts he couldnâ t get were right against the fence line and we told him we didnâ t need him to do that part because of our plans for our backyard. He gave us exactly what we wanted and more. Great customer service and absolutely fair price!

I hired them to pick up after another company left a large pile of my leaves in my yard and refused to come to pick them up. Platinum Cuts Landscaping was professional, prompt, and even went down on the estimate when they heard the situation. They provided several reminders of when they would be coming, cleaned up the pile of leaves plus some other leaf clutter in the yard that I hadn't originally hired them to do, and were great all around. I definitely recommend them!
