We worked with Platinum Home Remodeling after getting a new house. The property is an older one, needing much work, and the roof was of immediate concern. We explored options but it required replacement. After speaking with several potential vendors, we decided upon Platinum for the mix of fair, competitive pricing and the interactions with the company rep. Jesse, one of their team, was exceptionally responsive, sensitive to our situation, and he made the process a pleasure. I worked on the details as it moved forward and continued working with Jesse for the most part. The need for replacement was imminent, and timeliness was crucial to mitigate issues. We hadnâ t yet moved and lived out of state, but Jesse coordinated the work with me. He took care of everything. He did site visits beforehand to confirm some of my assumptions and pictures throughout the processes and after. His communication and engagement could not be better. Life would be much happier and easier if others were like him. Finally, the work is what I hoped for and is professional. The job was completed in a very timely way, for an expected amount, with quality assurance. Iâ ve worked personally with multiple vendors over the years, including in my role at work, and I believe Platinum excels well beyond what is typically expected or experienced.

Jesse was great! I live in another state, so everything was handled over the phone. He kept me updated with photos, and gave me thorough details of the progress and any "surprises" along the way (it is an old house). I definitely recommend! Working with Jesse was a pleasure. The crew did a great job of cleaning up as well.

I liked Jesse from the start. He was professionable, knowledgeable of the materials and guided me through the process of picking the right shingle for the job. His crew was neat, cleaning up as they worked, and very courteous. The roof looks good and these guys were done in one day. Would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, quality roofing.

Jesse Johnson was very personable and easy to work with. He listened to our concerns and helped us pick the right shingles for our needs. I feel like he gave us a good deal on what we bought. He is very knowledgeable. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process. The crew was very respectful and professional. They did an amazing job putting on the shingles. They cleaned up everything afterwards. I think my yard was cleaner than when they first started the project. The project took one day to complete. My new roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.
