Honest in terms of pricing and in terms of what needed to really be replaced. Another company claimed my AC was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced. Platinum Home Services detected no leakage so no need to replace the AC unit. Unbelievable.

I was specific that on the phone with the company that I didn't want to replace the whole ac unit. Not only did they charge 99$ for a service call that was an estimate of recommendation to replace the whole unit. I guess they fooled me and got away with it. Oh and by the way they could make some repairs that they could not guarantee for only 3,000$ plus. Which is a third of 3 other companies that came out. Home advisor where did you dig this company from????!!!! So dishonest!!!!

As stated on the phone when you called you had 2 other companies recently out and you said, one never called back and you felt was giving you a runaround and a high price because he felt he was inconvenienced and you just needed an honest opinion. You also stated when calling in "that the system was old and you just wanted to do a repair to get you by another year or 2" based on the other 2 companies' findings. Our technician went out, spent an hour and a half at your home and gave you his honest opinion being that the system was old and being it was the old R22 it was not cost-effective to repair and it wasn't going to be a guaranteed repair because we were going by the other companies diagnosis. Again I apologize you weren't happy with his findings but the technician spent his time and gave you his honest opinion which is what you stated you wanted on the phone because of your previous 2 experiences.

My AC stopped blowing cold air, so I used Home Advisor to find them. Within 10 minutes of choosing them as my desired pro to come do the job, Platinum Home Services contacted me and sent someone out WITHIN THE HOUR!!!! Best service I think I've received. My AC is running COLD now!! Will use them for all future HVAC needs!
