All work is not done yet, but what has been done, seems to have been done right. Larry is the guy that has done all the work so far and he takes his time and makes sure it is done right. I would recommend him to my friends that need work done around their houses. I will call him when I have more things that need done in the future.

Rodney was very sympathetic to my situation and worked out a payment plan which works great for me as far as I am concerned Rodney is better than sliced bread!!!!!!

Before any money was paid the service was prompt and fast. The handy man arrived on time as promised and gave a solution to my leaky window. I asked if there was a guarantee on the work and he swore that if after the next rain the window leaks to call him right away and he will return. It rained and the window leaked. I called that day and the handy man promised to return. I took time off from work to be at home when he promised but he never showed up. I patiently called and was given some excuse and given another promise to return. I took time off of work again to await his return. Again he failed to show up. I called the president of the company to complain and was promised a return visit. Again no one showed up when promised. The work was shoddy and they did not honor their work guarantee. I will never call this company again.

Very good workman, did everything on the long list quickly. The only problem was with a carpet patch job...Didn't do it right, but he thought it was fine. It should have been done another way, but oh well!

They were the first to respond to my request (minutes) and had a person at my place the same week. Very fast service and a very friendly professional.

They did a good job for price quoted, which I think was a bit high. My only complaint is that, although he tried to clean it up, there were still a lot of metal shavings left in carpet which could easily cut me or my pets. He should have used a drop cloth if he needed to do metal work.

Rodney did a great job for a more than fair price - I hope to use Platinum again and highly recommend this business to others.
