I called Tyler late on a Wednesday, and he made it out in the morning the next day. Quickly identified the problem (and a major fire hazard that the inspector had missed). Replaced it and got our AC back working in only a couple hours. Extremely trustworthy and fair. I'll be only calling him from now on!
