Platinum Overhead Doors, LLC

He is professional and punctual.

I wouldn't hire anyone else

I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with Platinum Overhead Door based in Atlanta. My Garage door spring broke after hours and the team from Platinum scheduled a repair time the following day at 10 AM. They are extremely professional, communicate pricing and repair work clearly, and completed the repair in under one hour. A big thank you to Tim and Mike for the quick turn around and professionalism. Do business with these guys. They are the best in Atlanta!

Great service and staff

Honest, straightforward and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend them in the future.

They were very fast fixing the door within a couple hours of my call.

Great experience. Tim and Mike are very knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and price competitive. They do things right - no corners cut.

Service pros (Tim & Mike) from Platinum Overhead Doors helped me replace the garage door opener, railing & sensors after my original unit (from the builder) went bad. They were thorough in their approach from pre-sales to installation.

Excellent service! They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and worked on my garage door install late that afternoon. I highly recommend them.

I would have no problem recommending this company for garage door service.

Excellent.

The technician reviewed the situation and pursued the most cost effective solution.

The technicians

The professionals at Platinum Overhead Door were excellent in all aspects of the job. The technician arrived at my home at the scheduled time, answered all of my questions, and finished the repair job in less than 90 minutes. He was a true professional who obviously knew how to do his job. Also, even after having to replace additional parts that were not anticipated in the telephone estimate, the cost was below the high range of the estimate that was provided. Platinum Overhead Door also has a military discount, which was applied to my repair job. I will not hesitate to recommend Platinum Overhead Door to anyone that I know who is in need of any service that they provide.

Spectacular customer service! They arrived at my home within a few hours of my call and did a wonderful job. Highly professional and reasonably priced. Would absolutely do business with them again.

The guys are the best! Their work is top notch, they are very professional, their prices are great! I'm so glad I found them!

Outstanding!!! From the moment Tim and Mike arrived to quote their professionalism and attention to detail was apparent. They are truly experts in their field. I can honestly say that dealing with them was a pleasure and every aspect of the installation of the garage doors and motors was handled superbly. They even leave a gift. To say I was extremely impressed by the service I received seems inadequate. Thank you.

The guys were very thorough, on time, and completed repair and servicing of hinges in 90 minutes.
