Andrew was on time and quickly gave a quote for the work. It was the best quote I had received and he could do it the same day so by noon I had a new water heater. He did a great job and cleaned everything up when he was done. It looked great.

Right after Thanksgiving, I discovered a bad leak under my kitchen sink, and Andrew Wille, the owner of Platinum Plumbing, answered my on-line request and called me within mere minutes of my posting it. When I returned his call, I told him that it was NOT an emergency, and we were able to arrange for him to stop over at my convenience - just a couple days later. He assessed the situation quickly, and then went out and bought a new fixture for the sink, but then had to run out AGAIN, because one of the internal parts was defective. He worked quickly and efficiently, and within three hours - which included the two trips to the supply store - he was finished. As important as all THAT is, while he was working on the problem, we were able to engage in friendly conversation and share a few laughs. And THAT - to me - is a quality I look for in a professional who comes into my home to do a job, namely, that he doesn't come off as some kind of "Scrooge" or "Grinch." My cost for this job was very reasonable, and I was VERY pleased about that, because I have had problems in the past with tradesmen greatly overcharging me for work that they've done. So KUDOS to Andrew for making it all fairly painless! And as much as I'd LIKE to hope that I never have to call someone to fix a problem, if I have any future plumbing issues, I will SURELY call Andrew....(even though his name is NOT Shirley - it's ANDREW - pay ATTENTION, will ya?!....)
