Scott contacted me immediately and answered all my questions and reassured me that he could fix the problem by installing a 30 gallon heater in place of the broken 40 gallon heater. Mechanical Design Plumbing by far had the best price for replacing our 40 gallon gas water heater! Some of the other plumbing companies we talked to wanted to charge almost double what Mechanical Designs wanted to charge. There were no hidden charges and the price we were quoted was the price we paid. Scott was our technician and was very courteous and friendly and a pleasure to do business with. After submitting to the the servicemagic website, he was the first to return our call and was able to assist us immediately. Mechanical Designs also had the best labor warranty. Would definitely do business with them again!!

He was excellent. It was a new home, wonderful suggesting to enhance my home. He did some extra trips, did not charge for the little problem that was not working. He worked with the engineer to help fix the problem. He did a great job.
