After attempting a repair on my leaking skylight without success, we decided to have them do a total replacement. They replaced the skylight with a panel that would be better than the one we had. The first time we received rain the roof leaked and I contacted Toby the salesman. He did not return my call and the next week I called him again and asked him just to return my call to let me know he had received it. It has been approximately a month now and still no return call although I have a written guarantee for 2 years. If he is not willing to call when there is an issue I don't feel the warranty is worth anything.

Signed contract on 23 May 2017, my wife paid the workers by check and Toby Blank sent receipt dated 5/24/207, the workers told my wife they were short a panel of metal and would need to come back to finish, on 7/17/2017 at 1220 hrs called and spoke with Toby on issue of missing panel he advised would need to call me back, called 7/17/2017 at 1445 hrs and Toby advised they will get panel by end of week, called 7/31/2017 at 0730 hrs and the panel would be in 8/10/2017 and installed same day, called and left voice mail on 8/11/2017 1356 hrs as felt getting to run-a-round if not resolved would start legal proceedings, going to small claims court in morning 8/16/2017 after traffic slows down

He came by and gave me a price fix the roof and did a great job. Rain that night had a small leak at one of the repair sites.Call him back 4 times to repair the leak he gave me 4 times he would be here but never showed up or call me back He seems real nice but he cannot keep his word. In business your word is important....

Did an excellent job in installing my skylight. Made sure everything was cleaned up, inside the light and around where they worked. Did such a great job I"m having more installed. July 6, 2017 Had 2 more skylights installed today. House looks so much brighter. Once again Platinum Roofing did a fantastic Job!! This is a company that I will be using forever.

Very quick and courteous service. They did a great job. This is an addition. It's been about a month since Platinum did some repairs for me. I developed a leak from the recent hard rain. After an inspection they found some issues caused by another roofer and fixed it at no additional cost. These guys are great!

They came out and gave an estimate for replacing a whirly bird on the roof. It was a good quote so they completed the work and were very fast. No more roof leak.
