They responded quickly and got our toilets replaced the same day. Then a few months later we had issues with one of the toilets rocking back and forth horribly. I called them to fix it and they said without paying $500 prior to coming out, they wouldnt even come to see what the issue was. The issue was is that they didnt set the toilet correctly in the first place. Meanwhile the other toilets insides busted. I had to call another plumber, Brown Plumbing to come fix both toilets that Platinum did. They charged me less than $300 to fix both toilets. What kind of service does Platinum offer - Horrible if you ask me. A small business owner trying to make it. DONT USE PLATINUM PLUMBING!

Ray with Platinum Service Pros came out to my house and repaired my broken sewer line. It was quite a task considering it was nearly 11â deep. He also had their HVAC division come out and check my A/C to ensure weâ d be ready for the warm weather. He and his guys did a great job and put safety and my property at their highest priority. The whole crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I look forward to working with them on everything I need for both my plumbing and HVAC in the future!
