Alfredo was absolutely excellent at stucco repair and everything else he encountered on our job. He is very knowledgeable in all that he does and very respectful of your property. Do not hesitate to hire this man you will not be disappointed. Communication was great through every step of our project. We had two balconies to repair. When Alfredo opened them up he found water intrusion and rotted wood. He repaired everything beautifully and his stucco work is magnificent. We only wish all contractors were like Alfredo. His prices were better than any other quotes also.

Outstanding company. They came right out and located the source of my water intrusion problem. Two large window sills ( 1 two window and 1 three window) sills were damaged and were repaired and almost totally replaced. Damage was sealed with waterproofing agent and cement and a finish stucco coat after that. The back window area and side of the house was totally repainted. Professional and courteous organization performed an outstanding job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team for any painting or repair to your home. Thank you Mr. Sosa.

These guys were the best! after years of trying to hire companies to do our job (garage addition) we found that most contractors treated us like they could care less about us. Platinum treated us with respect and honor, He explained the project thoroughly and answered all our questions without making us feel like idiots for asking. The owner (Alfredo) actually made all arrangements for our project from a hospital bed after suffering an injury, The teams he sent to our home did a phenomenal job, not only were these folks true craftsmen with their trade, they left the site cleaner than it was when they came, and all were extremely friendly. How refreshing to have a company with this much integrity, so hard to find these days. We Highly recommend Platinum Services, but you better hire them fast, I have a feeling these guys are going to be booked solid soon.

Of all the contractors used on this project I would feel that we received the best service from Platnium. Even if something needed to be corrected, it was done immediately without complaint. A refreshing positive change from most of the. Contractor experiences received otherwise.

Platinum Services repaired our cracking stucco on the base of our stilt home by removing the loose stucco, coating the rebar and using forms to pour new concrete to the affected areas. They also applied a waterproof substance on the area where the water was getting in so that we would not have this problem again not only in the area where the cracking occurred but also where it might occur. They then painted all of the stucco area on our home. They needed to use a lift to reach the upper areas needing painting and that was done efficiently. We are extremely pleased with the paint job. They were careful and did an expert job. Alfredo was responsive, prompt and courteous in all of our dealings with him. His prices are very reasonable and he or one of his brothers were always on-site with their crew. The work was started and finished in the time frame we had been promised. The few items we had a minor issue with were resolved promptly and cordially. We are definitely keeping Alfredo's information and phone number in our house file and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for work at our home. We highly recommend this company.

We were so pleased with the work the Sousa family did for us. They arrived early and started to remove our 'arch' by the front door by 7:30 in the morning. After a long day of demolition and re-stuccoing our front entrance, our new entryway looks updated and neat. They cleaned up all the mess that demolition makes and left our yard in the same condition it was in when they arrived. We thank the Sousa Family for their hard work. We love our new entryway and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling work. Thank you Alfredo and Fredrico!!
