This is the worst Company I worked with in my Life. They charged $800 to take care of my mole problem, after three treatments they told me they will not come back because I still have the same problem as when they started. It looks like they are only interested in the money and careless of the problem! I am a very upset and mad customer and hope nobody is going to be cheated out money as I did from this bad bad company. Regards Roland H.

I had a problem with a mouse, perhaps more than one but not an infestation. The $500 price tag was pretty high for the small number of mice. I agreed to it because I was leaving town for a week and didn't want the mouse/mice running all over my house while I was gone. When I returned there was no evidence the creature had been inside. And I found his little corpse in my garage.

I called Platinum Wildlife on Saturday night. Our tech arrived an hour later than scheduled. We were than quoted $2,700 for bat removal ($1,500 for ridge guard). I was told I needed to put 50% down to get on the schedule, they charged my card the full amount. Our roof is 3 years old. We decided to have a roofer AND another animal control company come out and were told we DID NOT need the ridge guard. After 2 additional second opinions I called Platinum Wildlife Removal. I was told NO REFUNDS. I told them I still wanted the work done (minus the ridge guard) I was told I would still have to pay the full $2,700 even without having the work done. They refunded 1/2 my money but still have $1,396 that they will not give me back even though they did not do the work. I even offered to still pay the $99 inspection fee and just refund the $1,296 and they wonâ t! Please call around use another company! This company is price gouging

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
