Playa replastered our pool, replaced the tile and skimmer and removed and reinstalled our coping. The Garcia family was a pleasure to work with. Great work and great people. We highly recommend them.

Just starting the pool project

It was a pleasure working with the Playa Team. We had gotten three quotes and theirs was the middle quote. But, we were impressed with the detail and specifics they provided. They also guaranteed their work. Susanna was very helpful and knowledgeable about pool logistics and choosing new products. Our saltwater pool is about a 25,000 gallon with a hot tub attached. The restoration took about six weeks. We worked through a few issues with the hot tub the last two weeks. However, Playa was always in communication with us. In addition, we had made our final payment on the project, before the hot tub issues. But, they were as attentive as they were the first day until it was finished. They were extremely attentive to all our concerns. They took care of all our issues in a very timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone. These people have integrity. They are trustworthy. We would not hesitate to call them, knowing they would respond. We would like to thank their Father, Orlando, Christian, Susanna and Chencho for all their hard work and expertise.

3day to 1 week took 5 weeks. After 3 weeks new paint job peeled. I got tired of dealing with so many people in the family that I payed them and called another company.
