I am very pleased with our new walkway. When Mr. Logan met me to discuss the project, he actually listened to my concerns and ensured that the outcome met these concerns. Very nice work and left the yard undisturbed.

Small Projects Painting or Staining
They completed the work but they were challenged by the weather. The painted surfaces were professionally completed. The deck stain is not perfect but I will live with it until cool weather and I can get a sealer over the stain. Currently the deck feels tacky when you walk on the deck and you can see the footprints, even the paw prints.

Pleasant Improvements, LLC are the best at what they do. Very professional and pleasant to work with. AWESOME!! Pleasant Improvements built a costume privacy fence, retainer wall fence, secondary deck and pergola. I would highly recommend.

Mr. Barton never showed up to bid on jobs, bidded based on what customer tells him, performance from workers were terrible, had to call Mr. Barton continuously concerning his whereabout and why I was not getting the services that I needed. Would not recommend

"The roof was inspected and did not need replacing the owner was thankful and asked me to replace gutters,down spouts and paint porch deck. I took a deposit completed the work and was not paid the balance. It was the owner belief that 40yrs of paint should been removed from the deck."

I was not satisfied with the work and communication with Pleasant Improvement. The installed my flooring of the front porch incorrectly and in non-compliance to code by nailing in the floor with nails and not until I caught the error and notified them of the problem, did the screw in the flooring correctly. Unfortunately, they left my new flooring with 15-20 nail holes. Subsequently, the contractor lied about repairing the holes, never fixed the problem and took full payment without any recourse. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!

"My company started and completed this project without a deposit because the Clint was out of town, this was his rental unit. After the Clint returned made an on site inspection, followed by a DCRA inspector we received payment two weeks later. The product installed was a composite wood,the nail holes in question were #16 gauge about the size of a straight pin head."
