Charles with Pleasure Pools replaced my old fiberglass pool 19 years ago and replaced it with an amazing gunite pool with an added spa. I am very happy with the pool that Charles at Pleasure Pools to perfection. The pool is still looking Great today as it did when finished 19 years ago. Charles was present every day during the construction from sunrise to sunset with his excellent team that does phenomenal work, cleaned up the site every day, and takes obvious pride in doing the right job for me and my family to provide many years of enjoyment. Charles and his team were personable, professional, and persistent in building my pool. I would give a 10 Star rating on a scale of 5 to Charles and his team at Pleasure Pools. We worked with Pleasure Pools to install an in-ground saltwater pool in late 2020, or early 2021. Their quote was in the middle of the four we received. We opted to use them because Katherine did a great job working with us in the design process, capturing our needs and desires into the designs offered. We also liked visiting the showroom which had a couple of small pools to look at various options in person. Installation was relatively painless. As with any major home improvement, you sometimes encounter hiccups, but Pleasure Pools fixed anything we brought to their attention (cracked decking tile, electric panel issues, etc. Pool school to learn how to care for the pool on our own has been invaluable. I have and continue to recommend working with Pleasure Pools.
