Installer came into my home during the virus with no mask. He had no instructions of what to install. I had been over what I wanted with the service rep on the phone for over half an hour. He asked what he was coming for. Items I thought that would be included were an extra charge. I was simply amazed at the lack of communication between the sales agent and the installer.

Wonderful installer. He spent hours making sure that I was well protected and knew what to do after he left. Beware, though, because they do not tell you that you are going to have to spend lots of dollars for the equipment at the time you are making the appointment.
