I highly recommend Plugged In Electric to anyone needing electric work/repair. You can hire them with confidence in a job well done, being on time, and charging a reasonable cost. Plugged In Electric not only met my immediate needs but also made recommendations for future improvements. In addition, I had a sagging electrical line feeding my house. The technician contacted TEP directly to fix this, TEP came out the same day and fixed it. Without the technician's knowledge of who to contact at TEP, I was at loss as to how to get this safety issue that I'd had for 15 years fixed. I didn't even know this is a service TEP provided for free! Cudos to Plugged In Electric.

Overall it was a good experience from start to finish. Would recommend this company.

Jim and his crew installed and upgraded my old 100amp box to 200amp and I couldn’t be happier with their work. He explained the entire process to me and answered any questions I had with the install. They were very prompt arriving at my house and got to work right away. Their work is clean, thorough, and well done. I will definitely give them a call if I need them for another project in the future.

Jim with Plugged In Electric tackled our work like a true professional. We needed a service upgrade from the original construction standards of the 1970s, to facilitate the installation of an electric vehicle charger. Jim handled all the permits and coordination with TEP. He also found non-code wiring of our heat pump that was placing excessive load on the breakers resulting in a very real fire risk. All of the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Plugged In Electric for professional service and quality workmanship.

Plugged In actually did a main panel upgrade to my house in preparation to the installation of solar panels. They responded promptly to my initial inquiry, kept all their appointments and completed the project on time for the agreed price. Jim and Travis were polite, professional and accommodating. Worked well with my Solar company to coordinate their work. Their price for the work was substantially lower than the quote from the solar company and completed in a much shorted time frame (weeks rather than months). I will definitely use them again when the time comes.

Jim and Joe were AMAZING!! They explained what needed to be done and kept me informed throughout the process. Due to covid, parts to replace my electrical panel were in short supply but they managed to find what was needed. Came out for the estimate on Wednesday and replaced everything by Friday so I wouldn't have to go through the weekend with no electric. I would highly recommend them and will call them again if I need any other electrical work done.
