Plumb Access is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. I had accidently backed into my garage door and messed up the track some. Plumb Access came out assessed what needed to be done to fix it and did so at a Very Reasonable Price.

He answered all my questions prior to the service appointment. The charge was not outrageous.

P.A.S. Garage Doors is the best service that I have ever used. Both doors of my two door garage system became inoperable. Twp other garage door service companies came and looked at the doors and said we need to replace the doors, motors, and hardware. Estimated cost several thousand dollars. P.A.S. came and said we can repair your doors and replace rollers and gears in the motors. Estimated cost a few hundred dollars. They estimated it would take 4 hours. They finished and the doors now operate smoothly and quietly. The P.A.S. personnel are honest, efficient, and Professional! I intend to use them for any further maintenance needed for my home. They are the best!

Offered a service call for free. Instead of trying to sell me a new garage door opener, they fixed the one I had and only charged me for the service call even though they went above and beyond by tweaking the garage door rails. My door has never run so smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

Don and his team who came out to handle the work got here, called me ahead as I'd asked and were able to quickly and ably resolve the issues with my garage door with no frills or additional upselling that I did not need to get it working again. I appreciate them for being fast, friendly, and able to resolve my issue for minimal cost. I would use them again anytime I had a problem door.

Broc and Don Are a team of guys you could depend on as they donâ t try to sell you something you donâ t need. They researched my existing garage door to find windows for it. They were back with me for a reasonable price in a week my job was done to my satisfaction. All around great job!
