I've actually worked with plum cheap for a number of years. When I did property Management work. Always could count on them to be prompt, honest, competent, friendly. Even take the time to educate customers on how to save money and not have to hire a plumber for future jobs. I've worked mostly with the owner and he is very very skilled

Hired these guys to get permits and run pipes in my house. When it came time for inspection, they tried to extort more money from me. The job was done poorly. Some pipes cut and left like that. Others tongues probably. They use unlicensed workers to subcontract to. When I refused to pay their extortion money, they threatened me with revoking my permit.

this was by far the best quality of work i have ever seen. from the helping of me too choose the best product ,to installing same a truepro all the way .they went far out of their way too explaining what they were doing .they even met me at the store and explainedwhich product was best and why. they loaded the product on their truck and drove too my house if you ever want too fell safe with someone doing any time of plumbing on your property,just call steve, then relax and when your project is done admire the true workmanship that was put into your project they are by far the best at what they do

The overall job was done well enough and in a timely manner. A two hour arrival window was given and they showed up an hour into it. A few issues that prevented me from giving a 4 star rating. 1.) Since the water heater is on the main level and the there's wall-to-wall carpet, a drop cloth should've been put down without me asking for one. They only had one cloth, which wasn't big enough, so I had to supply additional ones. 2.) The water heater couldn't be drained due to a malfunctioning drain valve and the weight of the unit collapsed the dolly wheels and had to be moved by hand. Instead of calling the owner who was outside, the helper tried to move it himself. As he tipped/rolled the unit towards the front door, I quickly grabbed the one drop cloth and put it down on the foyer to protect the tile. I then ended up holding the front storm door open while he kicked off the faulty drain valve and let the 50g of water drain down the front porch/walkway. Since the water was rusty, rust marks were left on the porch once dried, which I had to scrub with water/vinegar in order to rinse them off. Being the customer, I shouldn't have had to be that involved. The cost was not lower than the other two estimates, but value for the money was better since a pan was included and the plastic drain valve was replaced with a brass ball valve. Also they were to install flex hose between the water heater and the supply lines to allow for easier removal in the future. All of this is good and the other estimates didn't mention these items being installed, but only one flex line on the hot side was used. Not sure why two flex lines weren't used. Again, not a 4 star rating.

They were very informative with what they can do for me and how much everything would cost they also went the extra mile to search for parts so that I could save money on the repair my house is old and my pipes are metal and in order to fix my leaky shower he had to look for parts so save money from cutting the pipe and replacing it with new parts he found parts to make the old one working and now it's not leaking and you can turn on and off the shower he also replaced all my sink faucets and even cleaned my drains without charging me anything extra very transparent and honest people running this operation appreciate it and the work looks great thank you

They were able to make me an appointment with very short notice, communicated well, and did the job quickly and efficiently!

The service guy was on time and worked all day until the job was done. Then came back to check up on the job with me, Great job. One of the last good old guys.

Steve came over that evening on his way home to give us an estimate. He was able to partially fix the problem right on the spot. He came back to finish the job 2 days later. He called frequently to let us know updates. The cost was reasonable. I'm glad we found a good plummer!

I hired Plumb Cheap to split my gas line and install a ventless gas heater in my ManCave. Awesome work, awesome owner.

Arrived when he said he would and finished the job in under 2 hours. Would hire for any future plumbing work.

Steve and Andre were pretty great. We had purchased a new home that the bank had ridiculously winterized just the week before we were scheduled to close and rather than risk it, we decided to hire a plumber to de-winterize. Steve was nice enough to call me at our appointed time to let me know he was on his way from Annapolis and would be there in about 45 minutes which I appreciated. There is nothing more aggravating than endlessly waiting for someone who was scheduled to be there two hours ago. He showed up, and he and Andre got everything sorted out in good time, and he even hooked up our gas dryer for free! He let us follow him around, so we would know where everything was and tried to help us with a cold water valve problem. I would definitely recommend him he and Andre did a great job.

Steve responded to my email very quickly. He was super knowledgeable and understood what I needed, which meant he could give me an estimate in email. The price was beyond reasonable. He was able to get here within two days after I contacted him on Friday. He was on time and an hour later I had my new connection. The job came in at the estimate even though I had underestimated the length of pipe by a foot or two, Granted it was a straight forward, uncomplicated job, but still the service and the price was wonderful. I will use Plumb Cheap again.

I hired Plumb Cheap at a rate that was a third of what another vendor quoted me. I was very pleased with their responsiveness, knowledge and customer service. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

No fuss no muss. Showed up, did the job, were courteous and took the time to explain the repairs.

Excellent communication and pricing that is within reason for the area. I had two jobs for the Plumber. One job, the more comprehensive of the two, was completed very well - although it would have been nice if he had caulked around new outdoor spigot and pipe entry/exit way through the concrete wall. The 2nd job was not completed, however the Plumber provided a new part to resolve the issue with a couple of ideas how to resolve the problem. With this job, it was not that the Plumber didn't want to or couldn't make the repair - instead he was trying to provide solutions that would save me money and create less intrusion into the finished basement wall. I would definitely consider Plumb Cheap, Inc., again, as a first choice.

Excellent work and price! Work is guaranteed if we ever have a problem with it. Took him about 30 minutes and cost $500 less than the "big business" plumber quoted me. Highly recommend this master plumber!

Steve did respond quickly to request but ran into problems getting toilet from suppliers, so job took days longer than anticipated. However he did keep us informed of problems and once toilet was received it was installed very quickly. I would have given a 5 for work quality if he had covered wooden floor with tarp. However toilet was installed with very little mess which was cleaned up by helper working with him. We would definitely consider him for future jobs of this nature.
