I had an excellent experience with this company!! I had a tankless water heater installed as well as a water filtration system. The price was better than I expected and the owner was present for the installation. I was impressed with him and his knowledge as well as the attention to detail! I definitely recommend them to others!

Had my water heater spring a leak at 4am, on a saturday nontheless. They responed to my request and came in and replaced it same day! Cant say enough good things about the process!

Paul at Plum ER was very knowledgeable and didnâ t mind answering any questions I had. Very respectful and seemed to love his job. Gave me a price quote and I told him I have another quote scheduled and he told me that there cost was going to be $1,000 higher than his and he was right. I made sure to save his number for future reference because I didnâ t want to lose a good thing. I usually donâ t do reviews but I felt like bragging about the choice I made. Thanks Paul for being a blessing and a answer to prayer!
