Scott responded quickly to the initial service call and his crew showed up on time once we agreed on the deal and schedule the appointment. I was out of town so he worked well through phone calls, texts, and photos and then with my family who was home to provide access to the house. He quoted a competitive price to replace our gas water heater and rearrange the gas line to solve a leak and to fit the new water heater better into the available space. He was straight about what was included and what would be extra in his quote. After his crew left we had some concerns that did not meet our expectations. Scott got immediately personally involved; he scheduled a crew to return a few days later (our concerns were for nothing urgent) and put everything right. We ended up with a small extra charge, which we had expected and was fair and reasonable, to get the gas line configured to our satisfaction. My experience after many years of working with others on projects like this: Scott is a stand up guy with a solid customer service philosophy, a commitment to quality product and craftmanship; he provides fair and honest quotes for only what is needed - no upselling. Really personable, really communicable thru whole process, they were in and out, made it look really easy, they were the lowest bid I received from 4 different plumbers and it was quite the difference in price compared to the other plumbers.

I was disappointed to see the water pour out onto the basement floor when he moved the old water heater and let the pipe above drain. I'm guessing it was at least 4-5 cups of water. I wiped it up with a rag before he placed the new one on top of the wet concrete. I had a bucket close by that he could have used, and I would have placed it under the drain had I known that was going to happen.

Very professional, prompt and friendly. While moving the water heater in and out they took care to make sure that they did not damage our walls. We will be using Scott in the future for other plumbing projects

Scott is honest and very fair. I have since used him for a few other projects. He is now my go-to plumber. He has also replaced a water heater and repaired a dishwasher that was leaking. He was willing to come over July 4th weekend and fix the water pressure problem a new property/renter was having. He is AWESOME. Have him tell you his story sometime.

Was 30 min late in keeping appointment time. Was hired for battery backup sump pump primarly and the pro who arrived had no idea of its cost or what to recommend. Had me call his boss Scott who over phone gave me 2 expensive options. Pro replaced primary sump pump, did not clean out the sump pit or make sure that the pump exit was working(had an issue which another plumber I hired identified). Never gave take care instructions or user manual or warranty/registration form for Zoller M53 primary pump installed. Tried contacting Scott 2 times later and got no response. Went with another plumber who fixed all items ignored by Plumb-it Inc pro

He is outstanding! He was kind, courteous & expedient. Got here at 7:55 am, assessed situation & we had new sump pump installed by 8:40. Wow! That's incredible! Saved us from potential water damage since the backup could hardly keep up with all the rain dumped over the last 24 hours. I'm glad I happened onto this website when searching for a local plumber at 4:00 this morning & was amazed he called US before we got the chance to call him. After talking to my husband, he said he'd be here by 8. I'd feel great confidence to contact him again for any plumbing needs.

Quickly called to schedule an appointment. Arrived on time, the same day. Diagnosed the problem, told me how he was going to fix it and then fixed it quickly. He cleaned up after his job was done, and was very friendly to my children. jimmy did a great job and if I ever need a plumber Plumb-it will be the one I call.
