Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
Technician came out and said we needed to replace the flapper in our basement toilet to stop the sewer exhaust from circulating. We did, but the sewer exhaust continues to cycle on and off periodically. I called them back to let them know and ask what to do next, but never received a call back.

I was impressed from my first contact with the company. I spoke to Mike (the owner) explained that I was trying to get quotes because I'm a single mom and had to budget. He explained that I would get an email and text message when they were on their way and that a picture of the tech would be included. Mike listened to my concerns and I was at ease. Today when Jason showed up the quote was reasonable and I had the work completed today. I didn't have to take off another day of work to get the project completed. I highly recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional.

I was promised a return visit to test my well water and a subsequent treatment recommendation. After the visit I found out that the company has a military discount of 10% which was not made known to me. When I called to inquire about it, a promised return call from the management was never received. I wonder how responsive the company will be if/when I need a repair. Work performed was exceptional.

Excellent customer service. They did a great job. Maybe I am unaware of costs associated with repairs, but I felt it was a little pricey. Did not get a second quote so it could be reasonable. Overall, great work.
