Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Plumb Masters, Inc is a great company. In the Historic Great Freeze of Feb 2021 I needed their help. Sam Martin and Josh Seifert came to the rescue. There were a total of 12 burst copper pipes under my apartment. Sam and Josh quickly resected and repaired the injuries. I cannot thank them enough. They were kind, fast and efficient. I have and will continue to refer clients to Plumb Masters. I would also like to give a shout out to the office: Mandy, Tara, David and others. And, of course, a Big Thanks to Mark and Andrew. Sincerely, Dr. Bob

Cody quoted me $291 for a 15 minute snake job and $433 to replace two washer supply taps. Total $724 for an hour, (way too high even if it took two hours) and $20 in parts. These guys were recommended to me by Gilbert from Blue Dragon.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
My life has been extremely chaotic lately. So, naturally that's when the plumbing malfunctions. So, I started the project here on home advisor and immediately got distracted by one crisis after another. I think it was at least a week later when I finally got around to checking my machine. Plumb Masters had left me a message the very day I sent up a flare here. When I called them, (it was very late in the afternoon) they had to dig but, they still had my request. We made an appt. for the very next day. Travis was on time, called to let me know he was on the way, showed up, was polite, professional, laughed at my jokes. Fixed my 60+ year old plumbing. My tub is draining better than I have ever seen it drain! He discovered a small leak under the house (not an emergency but, could do damage in time) We talked about fixing that and I showed him a project in my studio that was goofed up by my ex-plumber. First chance I get... I mean the very next opening in my schedule, I am going to call Plumb Masters and request Travis come back! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I have actually hired this company twice now and have been completely satisfied with each service call. The first time was a water heater that broke on a Sunday. They were at our house in under 2 hours and had it replaced and up and running shortly thereafter. The 2nd time was for a clogged sink. He did a quick check, determined the problem and then charged us a bit less than we had expected because he said the job was less complicated than he had thought. Thoughtful, professional, competent and extremely nice. I definitely will use this company again.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
I needed plumbing repair service so I looked on HomeAdvisor's website to find a good plumber. I hired Plumb Masters for the first time in 2015. This week was the third time that I have hired this company for my plumbing needs. I have always been pleased with the service provided. This company is reliable and is a "real business" and is not in between jobs, as evident by the HomeAdvisor online reviews, company website, and the technician is not the same person as the owner, the estimator and the office person who helps you make the appointments. The technicians are prompt, professional, customer service oriented, and experts at what they do. The quoted repairs were reasonable and fair. Thus far, I am loyal to the company and feel confident that I will continue to use Plumb Masters, Inc. in the future.
