I had researched replacing my broken standard water heater with a whole house instant water heater and Plumb Perfect was directed to me by HomeAdvisor. Mr. Alexander had GREAT communication with me on arriving on time and my options with what I had already researched. He offered another option that I was previously not aware of that would save me nearly $1000 on initial costs from what I had researched online. Mr. Alexander was extremely courteous, professional and was genuinely interested in my needs being met over his final costs. I can't say enough about how comfortable I was with his recommendations, attitude and demeanor towards this project. He gave me honest and clear pros and cons towards my research that I may not have considered as well as for his recommendations and let me decide what I thought was best for my situation. I have added his number to my favorites list and will call upon him again if I need his services. If you are ever in need of a plumber Mr. Alexander with Plumb Perfect should be your first call.
