    Nick had an outstanding plan to update our gas starter to gas logs, updated our gas piping, installed logs, cleaned up. He was very responsive and diligent. Price was 1/2 what another company quoted.

    $250 to replace a broken toilet handle is what Plumbpros invoice read.... During the holidays my tenants called to report a leak at my rental property. I contacted Plumbpro based on a previous positive experience I had with them at my property. Randall from Plumnpro came right out called me back with his assessment of the issue and advised a solution minus a free estimate of the cost. I asked if while at the property he would replace a broken toilet handle. He advised he had the part on his truck and he'd installed it again minus providing a free estimate of the cost, which is what Plumbpros website says they offer. Randall did advise that because I was not present I would have to make the payment over the phone, and he would email the invoice to me. The invoice I received shows: $250 diagnostic fee $250 replace downstairs toilet handle $20 credit card processing fee Thinking this surely is an error I reached out to Plumbpro and spoke with Michael Jordan. Mr. Jordan advised this is in fact a true and correct cost to have a highly trained plumber install a toilet handle. Over the course of the conversation I learned that his plumbers are certified trained and highly compensated for their work. My cost for the toilet handle install according to him was in line with what a professional plumber would charge and that it was NOT price gouging. Run and run quickly from Plumnpro. I've file a complaint with Georgia's Attorney General as well as the better business bureau because I think it wrong to charge a consumer without giving the true cost of the work. If Randall had given as Plumbpros website states a free estimate of the cost I would have the choice of having the work completed or selecting a different company.

    Work was done efficiently and courteously. Scott a fine technician. Only noted that the faucets were put in backward (after he left) - hooked up correctly but the "blue" nozzle on the hot water and the "red" nozzle on the cold water.

    We feel so fortunate that the initial estimate for the repair costs was free and even more fortunate to have Jack Garland as our Plumber. He knew where to obtain the parts needed to rebuild our leaking shower/bathtub faucet valve saving money and gaining a satisfied customer. A different company had previously advised us it was not even possible to work on our faucet without a special "metric tool " which they were searching online for but promised us they would stay in touch. We never heard back from them after paying their $49 fee for the estimate. Great service from an amazing professional plumber! I highly recommend PlumbPros .

    Amazing service! They came out and gave me several options and next steps and then the next day we started with plan A for repairs and were ready with a plan B of plan A didn’t work to include demo etc. luckily Plan A worked and saved me thousands of dollars! Highly recommend
