Tom was just great! Prompt, professional, easy to talk to. He installed the new water heater and also found a related but separate problem that had been causing mystery issues for years, and took care of it quickly, explaining the whole thing very well. Reasonable price for the severity of the issues going on.

Project: Install or Replace a Major Gas Appliance
Good service at a reasonable price. Came on time and was able to bring the unit in through the back door and install. Also, fix the wall behind the unit. NOTE: I do need a receipt for the payment for the work and something in writing re warranty for service. Thanks, Maureen Edick
