Billy did some work for us that was a little different than regular. He was able to do it and get his workers to help. They got some parts and had it finished within the day. The project came out perfect.

The contractor did an excellent job. Prompt response, reasonable scheduling, good communications. Showed up as scheduled, completed the job expeditiously, at a reasonable price, and it performed better than when it was new.

I was originally quoted a price to replace a shower and put in a tub which required moving the drain, $1500. I was fine with that price to do that job. The area was too small to put in a nice tub, so I said just redo the shower. All they did was lay the shower pan and put in a new valve. They had a subcontractor, whom I paid separate, to do the demo. All they did was lay the shower pan. No drain had to be moved they did no demo. I was not thinking and paid them $1500. After the fact, I said wait a minute, a shower pan should not cost that much. Found out the job should have been closer to $700 including the demo. The owner would not budge on giving me any kind of refund. Said he would knock off the $100 that I still owed. Charged me for a job, but did another, and had reasons why he was not going to refund any money. Beware of this company.

Service person left job undone stating it was impossible to complete, replaced chrome spout with non chrome and added diverter which wasn t necessary because new tub faucet design with own diverter knob. Right hand cold water knob spun around didn t work. Whoever they sent was not a plumber. Finally owner came got it all fixed but never checked with me after ward.

Excellent work. On time. Couldn't ask for more. I plan on hiring them again.

These guys were responsive and showed up when they said they would. Worked with us while we dealt with a family emergency. Aaron was fast, efficient, courteous, and knowledgable. I am keeping them on my short list for sure!

Had to reschedule because they did not have the right parts initially. Not a big problem.

Good service

Technician arrived on time and did a good job in changing out our cartridge. Only issue was price charged for part that is available at Lowe?s for $25 and was charge $92 for same part. Total cost of $275. Will not use them again or recommend them to others.

The installation and clean up was very professional. The company promply responded to my queries. The only reason I did not give 5 stars to customer service is I have not received manual for this pump.
