Thank you, James, for fixing and replacing the part for the toilet so it no longer runs after flushing. Also, for tightening the toilet seat. Your advice to replace the washer valves is much appreciated. Cost of repair: $129.

Quick response coming for estimate, very knowledgeable and felt Tim was honest and willing to explain things. When we scheduled it was a quick turn around time and day of install didn’t go quite as expected (Murphy law:) ) he stayed until job was complete and explained things, answered questions without hesitation. Quality service and quality people is how you get life long customers!

This guy (Eric) had to come back to fix the job after leaving. I spent 1 1/2 hours under the sink trying to stop the weight from hitting the pipe under the sink. He did return to fix the issue, although the handle moved to the left hand side of the sink only. He was completely incompetent. My husband called and asked that his boss call back to discuss what happened and we never heard back. $240 lost and used my son-in-law to fix the issues. I should also say my son-in-law is NOT a plumber. Do not use this company! They do not stand behind their plumbers work.

Plumb Tite LLC has no estimate fee and fixed the problem right away. The Service Tech was professional, polite and did a wonderful job! I paid a estimate fee of $59 to have Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out. They gave me a price of over $1500. Plumb Tite LLC gave me a price under $500. I hired Plumb Tite LLC on the spot gladly losing the $59 estimate fee from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Skip the estimate fee and price gouging with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and go with Plumb Tite LLC, you will be so happy with the price and quality of the work they do!
