We had a very good experience with Plumb-v for fixing a clogging problem we had. Fabian was very knowledgeable and informative, explaining what we was doing with each step. Also happy with the office staff, that kept me updated in scheduling changes. Thank you!

You wrote a review for PlumbV One minute ago 1.0 star rating11/17/2023 This is a horrible experience with this company for the simple things: The fill valve issue and flapper replacement. The technician would like to replace all toilets... and quoted over $ 3000 ($ 1728.53 +$ 752.36 +$ 666.36) ??? Do they try to rebuild the entire bathroom? Ridiculous !!! The house was build in 2018 !!! The label of " $69 Plumbing Repair Diagnostic + Same Day Service" on the website is a joke . The technician charged me $85.10 with the diagnostic fee anyway. They asked the credit card when I made the schedule, I trusted, but it is not trustable, DO NOT USE this company at all !!!!

They seemed to sell package repairs -- e.g., replace an old toilet -- based on cursory review of minor problems with tank filling but without more detailed effort at problem solving. The person who came was courteous and careful with cleanliness, wearing shoe coverings, etc. He also did not charge us for efforts to clear a drain that initially did not work out but then were partially successful with addition of drain clearing beads and hot water. If you know you need a specific task -- e.g., replace two toilets -- they will be fine, but you might want to comparison shop. But if you want an experienced plumber to work on a problem, probably not your best bet!

Called to advise of slight delay in arrival. Fixed the low water pressure and only charged the service call fee of $50. Also provided a written estimate of what repairs may be needed if the adjustment they made should fail in the future.

Called to okay early arrival, was friendly, explained options, worked efficiently, and charged a reasonable price. Everything I could ask for or expect.

PlumbV installed our existing kitchen drains to the new sink we had installed. Sam was the installer and he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He cleaned the area upon completion and was very pleasant. Wonderful experience and I will use PlumbV again.

PlumbV is amazing, and we've used them twice now. First, we had them install our bathroom plumbing when we finished our basement and they did a great job. The second time, we still had their number around for when a shower in another part of the house wouldn't turn off. When we called them, they were responsive and very understanding. They made room for us, and were at our house quickly with the exact right part to fix the problem. Each time, the person they sent was professional and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, their rates are extremely fair. It's nice to find quality service that you can rely on

My hot water replacement job was not an easy one. However, the person who did the work was obviously quite experienced and skilled. He got it done correctly, leaving nothing for me to be concerned about. Excellent cleanup, as well! I would definitely go this route again...

The plumber that came was professional but we could sense he was overworked from his boss . We were disappointed about a 5% coupon that was on the website we asked about it before they Installed the water heater but they said we needed to do that when getting a estimate. I would have canceled if it had not been for my children needing warm water. Wish I had of shop around more regarding the customer service. Thankful to have warm water. Hopefully we will not have any problems in the future.

Good job, Was happy with the work. I have used this company for quite a few jobs. They do quality work and reasonable pricing.
