Reconnected and replaced some old piping under the house (assume that was done correctly).Dugout new water sewage ditch, removed and replaced old pipe; were very efficient w/ the excavator; left the yard rutted and caved after completion. (Boss was called away during the job; workers sat idly while he was absent.

We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with the results of the backfill using what dirt that was available after excavation. If customers want to add more dirt at the time of rough grade we would be happy to spread it over the area before the technicians put grass seed and straw over the area. I know we have had some unpredictable weather this year and damp earth does not spread easily. Again we are truly sorry you were not happy with the complete job but glad we were able to quickly get your waste line working for you.

Fast response. Within an hour! Installed in 2 hours. Problem with a water tap on cold water line reinstalled but not tested. Could have had me check before end of job. Took away old water heater and all except water line in working order! Seemed a bit pricey but I had no other options.
