Polite enough, but not very responsive with follow-up texts and scheduling. Inconsiderate of damages done to the home while completing his tasks (unnecessary demo in the basement, severe scuffing of hardwood floors during radiator repairs, etc). Left old pipes and trash from a job for the homeowner to dispose of. Installed new garbage disposal WITHOUT power cord; small appliance is not able to be used and drain now clogged.

Therbo Jones Plumbing did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. We were satisfied with the work and highly recommend this company! Update: Had the company return to install hardware for the new sinks, toilet and caulk the new shower head for the updated plumbing that was done. The cost was $1500.00! The cost of the re-plumbing job was, $2400.00 We should have gotten a bid before re-hiring this company. Very disappointed in being overcharged. Be aware the minute you get the call that he's in route the clock starts ticking for charges, no matter how far away he is.
