We explained at the time that this didn?t make sense?my husband works with low voltage systems and confirmed the unit was getting proper power. When we tried to escalate, the supervisor/manager refused to speak with either of us. The lack of accountability should be embarrassing for this business owner. The next day, we figured it out ourselves: the heater was clogged with sediment and just needed to be drained. It worked perfectly after. When I called for a refund, the supervisor still refused to speak with me and simply processed it without acknowledgment. Being ignored as the person handling the issue felt disrespectful, dismissive, and misogynistic. Poor service and worse management?I would not recommend this company.
