When another recommended plumbing company we scheduled an appointment with failed to show up, we in the late afternoon (the day before Thanksgiving) put out another request for bids from local plumbing companies. Tony Menzsa called at the end of his work day inquiring if we still needed help. We said yes and he immediately came over and fixed the problem (snaking the line in our bathtub) in no time. I see that his hours are noted as ending work at 5 p.m. but he kindly came over closer to 6 p.m. and was very patient, easy to communicate with, and even gave us some tips to avoid/break down clogs in our drains, as well as, he showed me how to remove my sink drain stopper on my own. I don't know what the typical pricing is for such work. The plumbing company we hired that never showed quoted $60 less than Tony Mensza, but then again they never showed. The extra cost was worth it fixing the problem the day before Thanksgiving...you get what you pay for. Thank you Tony Menzsa for being reliable and kind.

My drain was plugged at dinner cleanup. Two other companies couldn t help that night, but Tony came that night. I was so glad, because I was hosting a party in my home the next morning! And he didn t charge extra for coming at night! He got my drain flowing, and he cleaned up, leaving my sink super shiny !!

Tony stuck by the job. He had to come back a few times to get it just right but he made sure to fix it until it was done to our satisfaction.

Came as scheduled, would not give up when there were some bumps in the project, not only solved the problem, but gave some info on how to prevent future problems and suggested other remedies for the future. The price to fix my problem was beyond reasonable. I have other needs in the future and Mr Menzsa will be my plumber. I appreciate everything you did today and the wife is happy. The reason for calling Tony was my garbage disposal just stopped running. I thought my garbage disposal was a lost cause but he took the time to take it apart and clean it out so it runs great. I got to return my purchased disposal so he saved me $110.00. Maureen

Tony quoted a price over the phone, unlike other plumbers I called. Plus he determined that something I had him quote me a price for was unnecessary save me money. He showed up when he said he would and perform the work professionally and quickly.

Tony took our call on short notice, and showed up the same day. He did the plumbing work requested for a fair price. Our laundry drain pipe overflowed and backed up into the kitchen sink. We asked for a quote for additional work needed, and Tony will be back the day after Christmas to do the repair. We were told by other plumbing outfits that we needed to have concrete demolition all the way out to the sewer line, but Tony is confident that our cast iron laundry drain pipe can be replaced without resorting to such drastic measures.

Tony came in far below all other plumber quotes. He isolated the problem, he didn’t try and create more work in an effort to make more money. In all my years of hiring contractors - it some time hard to not think you will get gouged so I prepare myself for it . In this instance when I heard the charge and work done, I was completely shocked and happy. He is a great guy and very professional, and reliable!!!!!

Tony did a great job. He’s clearly knowledgeable and offered advice e to fix a leaky house free of charge. I would definitely use him again and feel comfortable recommending him to friends and family.

Please have Tony fix all your plumbing problems. He is so nice smart compentint very fair and affordable Good Man I like him and will only call Tony for help. 👍🏻

Tony called me 10 minutes after I submitted my request - fastest response ever! He’d just finished another job & came right away. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, & cleaned up minimal mess afterwards, all at low, very competitive cost. Also very friendly. Will use him for any future problems & definitely recommend him to others. Two thumbs up!

Tony was terrific! He cleared all My drains quickly. Then he reviewed the additional work I wanted a quote on and gave me an price for what I requested and also made a recommendation that could also solve the problem. I took his recommendation, he quickly picked up parts, returned and within 90 minutes everything was solved. I will use him again. Polite and hard working.
