Jon did a great job. I had him come over to install two outdoor spickets. He was courteous, clean and on time. I plan to hire him again to install a tankless hot water heater!

Friendly, Fast - and Good - what more can you ask for!

Professional and courteous but quite pricey, over $1000 for three hours of work. However, the job was done and we haven't had leaks since.

He came to my house at night, on a weekday, in a blinding snowstorm, cut out a stripped screw, changed out the toilet, and did a quality job, at no extra charge. A professional to be sure. Jon called me back promptly, agreed to come over within an hour, then arrived as promised despite very cold weather. He listened to me when I described the work (fixing water line to fridge), then suggested a better way to do the job (replacing copper piping from basement by a water outlet behind the fridge on the first floor), and once I agreed, he did it. 8 days after, I have no complaints - everything works well. In Jon's work, I saw a great combination of listening to customer, good quality of work and reasonable prices.

The finished product look great. It took a little longer than expected but everything turned out fine.

Might be OK for small jobs but nothing major. We are remodeling our basement and needed sump pump installed as well as new bathroom. He was punctual once out of 6 times then made excuses. Other contractors were waiting for him to be finished and it delayed our job because he took longer than he originally said. He measured the new bathroom incorrectly despite being given the measurements but then tried to state that it was our fault for not doing the framing the way he thought we should. Any mistakes he made were never his own. We had to hire somebody else to finish the job and he quoted us almost $1500 less. DO NOT USE FOR MAJOR WORK

Wonderful! Very pleased! This guy called within moments of submitting request for service. He came within 4 hours to fix our plumbing problem,..ON A SUNDAY for no extra charge! He completely unclogged our drain, replaced damaged parts and now our faucet and drains work better than they ever have! He also gave us information to prevent future problems! Again very pleased!!! We also felt he his costs were justifiable. Thanks very much!

He did the job, and gave me lots of fantastic information. The only downsides were that I was not provided a written estimate or even a formal bill, and the professional manner was somewhat rough around the edges.

Jon arrived on time with the right parts and tools for our tub overflow, and connected everything in no time flat, no leaks! However, there did also arise an issue with the common area plumbing beyond the scope of our work request (further down the line) that was handled by a company appointed by our condo association. Jon did give us a fair estimate for the work involved, though.

Jon was very punctual and friendly, and although it was a weekend emergency, his fees were very reasonable. And , the next day, we felt that one of the several things that he fixed for us was having a little problem, he came from very far away to take a look and fix it again (it turned out to be OK, but needed just to be tightened a little more). Jon was really great and we would highly recommend him again. We hope not to need a plumber again for the next year, but would definitely use him if we do.

Simple project done quickly and efficient

Jon came out that same day and took care of my problem. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

He fixed my problem and addressed all my concerns. He was also helpful with explaining things to me- as a new homeowner this was especially helpful.

As far as the plumbing goes he did a good job and he was very nice. He was very late for the appointment and then eventually had to reschedule, so you may need to plan on being flexible. Also, he gave an estimate, but ended up charging $100 more than estimated for no reason I can understand. I would get a written estimate next time.

He evaluated my plumbing problems, gave me some ideas about how to proceed and then fixed something that I had wanted taken care of.
