Tankless Water Heater Installation
Hard to get ahold of him after installation. Installation of new piping and a tankless heater went quickly, and I liked the quality of the work and the price, but he needed to complete the work. Although he did come out a couple of times, things were never truly finished. In hindsight, I would pay him half upon installation and have him invoice me for the remainder when the job was completed. Going for 4 months with a lukewarm shower was not a good experience. Finally, I realized he was not going to do it and had it fixed by someone else. Same with a valve that leaked where the water comes into the house.
