A while back we needed sump pump help - flooding along with mud and leaves. Many sump pumps had been installed, but this is the first one that really worked! This week we developed several leaks from kitchen and bathroom into basement. Bathroom shower and drain were fixed along with pipes under kitchen sink. We needed a new dishwasher, and back they came to install (not a normal job). They took lots of time - when we knew they had other calls waiting - and even went to store and sent for another plumber. At the end of all projects, we told them we felt like they were part of our family! Thank you, Travis and Plumbing Experts!! The Hahns

Do not use this company if you expect any sort of work done. awful experience that completely messed up my rental and greatly impacted my tenants. They came out in early june to diagnose a leaking toilet. Told me it was a simple wax ring (which i already knew wasnt) and charged me for that. it started leaking immediately again and they suggested to fix it with an interior liner. I agreed and signed their bid. Fast forward almost 2 months and no work has been done. Even worse they made absolutely 0 effort to tell me they didnt want to or couldnt do the work. In fact I had to call/text constantly to ever get an answer and on top of that I was lied to numerous times about them coming out. They would blame things on covid delays, guys being busy, other jobs, etc. While that is fine in itself (if it were true), I would expect some professionalism and communication with all the issues instead of leading me on for almost 2 months and leaving my tenants without a working toilet. I'm fed up with trying at this point. last week they said they had materials and would come in. Didn't and I called to ask why and they said they were still missing a part (why didnt you call me to tell me instead of making me wait at the unit) this week, they said they'd come out on monday. They did not and again I called to ask why and they said their machine was broken. Promised me a wednesday show. Didnt come. Scheduled me for Friday. Didnt show and now they refuse to answer my calls/texts. completely unorganized and not trustworthy.

The first person I spoke with was very helpful. He was quick and no-nonsense which I appreciated. I sent photos of my current setup and was told the price was firm. However, the technician arrived and immediately told me of an additional cost to replace a valve. I was able to prove I was told the original quote was firm, so they honored it. The tech then told me he had to go get my hot water heater from the store. This was strange considering the office assistant told me he would have it before he arrived. The tech was ok. I do not have any immediate complaints about the service aside from he left a huge trail of water across my basement and did not clean up the water surrounding the newly installed heater. A little frustrating, but not a huge deal. Overall, this company was fine. Not sure if Iâ d hire them for future plumbing jobs though.

outside faucet replacement...response was fast, work needed was explained to me in detail, and all costs. I recommend they check the parts before installing as they needed to return because the water was coming out of the faucet and turned out to be just a faulty washer.

They were very fast and efficient with the work. My only concern was that they charged me about $300 dollars more than what I later discovered I could have gotten the work done for through another service. Nevertheless, they were in and out, so I didn’t have to spend all day waiting on service to be complete.

I was overcharged. Then I was told that I would receive a credit for the amount overcharged but I never received the credit.

Eric did my repair the next day. I asked for an upgraded valve and he had one so I have a better shutoff than I had before. Fast worker, gave me advice on other appliances in the future.

Follow up on request was immediate, and Eric worked us in as soon as possible. We decided not to replace the water heater which was no fault to Plumbing Experts. I would recommend them.

Very friendly and efficient. Cleaned up afterward. Very satisfied.

3 hours late, but otherwise great service and professional job.
